REGARDING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
All credit card information entered into our web / e-commerce site is encrypted and can not be retrieved by any Sargent associate. Sargent can only reference the last four digits. Likewise, we are PCI compliant, as required by our credit-card processing company.
PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT
Due
to Paypal's billing procedures, we will bill and process the Paypal
payments within the 3-day authorization period. You will receive an
order confirmation and email receipt initially. A second email with your
shipping / tracking information will be sent when your order ships.
RESTOCKING FEE
World Sport Seat items denoted with an asterisk in the parts number are subject to a 10% restocking
fee. This largely applies to non-standard seat configurations and
heated seats (and seats returned damaged as applicable).
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Sargent
Cycle Products fulfills orders with shipping and billing addresses in
the United States and Canada. International customers should call or
email for information regarding international distribution and
availability.
Due to high and unpredictable postal rates, we no
longer offer Priority Mail.
Customers interested in expedited shipping may call or email for
alternatives.
STANDARD SHIPPING METHODS:
- United States - FedEx Ground
- Canada - FedEx Ground or Economy Air
- Hawaii / Alaska - FedEx Ground or Economy Air
- FPO and APO Military Addresses Only - USPS LTD.
This
is "best way" service based on the package size and destination. This
is a trackable service such as Priority Mail or Express Mail.
All orders will be reviewed and adjusted for appropriate shipping methods.
SARGENT DIRECT 2.5.5 EXTENDED WARRANTY
For World Sport ®
Performance Seats purchased directly from Sargent Cycle Products by the
consumer, the term of the Limited Warranty as provided in these terms
and conditions is automatically extended at no cost. From the date of
purchase, the extended terms are two (2) years on the vinyl cover, five
(5) years on the foam cushion, and five (5) years on the installed
hardware (excluding heated components such as wiring, controllers, and
plugs).
30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All
products purchased directly from Sargent Cycle Products may be
returned, freight prepaid, for a refund within 30-days after the date of
delivery for any reason. Shipping and handling charges are not
refundable, and the items being returned must be in like-new
condition to avoid a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fees may apply to
certain products as denoted by an asterisk (*) in the part number.
Products purchased from a dealer are subject to the dealer’s return
policy.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Sargent
Cycle Products North America (Sargent), warrants to the original
consumer purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in
workmanship and materials for the period of one (1) year from the date
of purchase. Within this period, Sargent will, at its sole option,
repair or replace any component which fails during normal use. Such
repairs or replacement will be at no charge to the consumer provided
that the consumer shall be responsible for shipping or transportation
costs to the service facility. This limited warranty does not extend to
any products which have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse,
abuse, normal wear and tear, acts of God or other circumstances beyond
Sargent’s control, including loss or damage in transit by a carrier, or
as the result of service or modification by anyone other than Sargent.
Implied warranties required by law are limited to the stated duration of
this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to
you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state. Warranty claims should
be directed to Sargent Cycle Products, 1036 Hubbard Street,
Jacksonville FL, 32206, 904-354-4531.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The consumer’s sole and
exclusive remedy for any claim shall be for the repair or replacement
of the defective part(s) or product(s) as provided above, and shall not
exceed the purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall
Sargent be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of
this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you. For products sold, but not manufactured
by Sargent, the consumer shall refer to the manufacturer’s warranty
terms and conditions. For such products, there are no other warranties,
express or implied, which extend beyond the description on the face
thereof.
Anyone entering into a purchasing agreement with Sargent Cycle Products, N.A. agrees to these policies. |
